I became certified in functional medicine by the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) in 2019 after working as a RN & nurse practitioner for 18 years in the intensive & primary care setting.

I left the insurance model in 2020 because this system does not allow the space to spend time with clients, in order to understand their story & individualize their care.

I feel it is critical to provide personalized treatment plans with support to truly help people heal. My goal is to empower you to take control of your health and live your best life without any insurance-based barriers.
